Ideas for Family Reunion

This is a tentative schedule for the family reunion. If you have other ideas please let me know. We want to make good memories, let the cousins get to know each other, and have a great time! 

We have hired a photographer for family pictures. We will be doing a group shot and then individual family pictures. It is very important that everyone be on time and ready to go. We have paid $120 for a 2 hour session and do not want to have to pay extra for running overtime. The group picture will be taken first, then we will go in order of birth. 

If the weather cooperates we will do pictures at Freeman park or by the river. If not we will take them in the EITCH Cafeteria. 

The spray park opens Memorial Day so we will not be able to go Friday or Saturday.

 

Friday-      9:00 Tauphus Park, Zoo, play games eat lunch

                   3:00 Movie at EITCH in the theater room

                  5:30  barbecue, Bon Fire, roast marshmallows

                (It will not be dark yet but we want kids to be to bed early so we have happy campers for the photos.)

 Saturday-  8:00  Photos Freeman Park Or the river, (EITCH if the weather is bad.)

                 10:00 Feed the ducks at the green belt

                 11:00 Park- Play, eat lunch,  

                5:30   Dinner

                 7:00   Group Date night  for siblings

     Flour Wars and Disc or Frizbee Golf

                             Afterward dutch oven cobbler and bon fire in the back yard. The little kids should be in bed by that time

Sunday     1:00   Church    

                 5:00   Dinner

 Monday    9:00   Big Breakfast-    

                            Play games

                            Spray Park and picnic lunch

 We will have Adam reserve rooms at EITCH in case the weather is bad.

 We can play games, watch movies, eat, visit etc.  This will give us room for the kids to run and play. We can also play Wii in the theater rooms.
